Mike Pogue is an attorney, legal strategist, and community leader with nearly 30 years of experience practicing commercial law and litigation. He later practiced in Palo Alto, California at a prominent international law firm with more than 1,000 attorneys serving emerging technology companies and global businesses throughout Silicon Valley and beyond.

Over the course of nearly three decades in practice, Mike has handled matters involving commercial litigation, business law, real estate disputes, intellectual property protection, employee mobility issues, trade secrets, and technology-related agreements. He has appeared before state and federal courts across multiple jurisdictions as well as before the United States Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and the World Intellectual Property Organization in Geneva, Switzerland.

Mike’s legal work has also been recognized in academic and professional publications. Cases involving his work have been cited in respected legal journals and industry resources, including E-Commerce and Technology and the Guide to Computer Law published by Wolters Kluwer.
